I made some stamps for Christmas project today.
I'm sorry for the bad picture, I could take pictures when Miyu was asleep and with less light.
I designed with a pencil so I could copy them easily on eraser. I just scratched them on eraser.
Then I cut the eraser in pieces.
I began carving from outlines.
These stamps were very easy to carve, so I worked only 1 hour or less.
I want to make ornaments with these stamps.
I have carved lots of stamps these days. I want to carve more if I have much more time..
Last night, I made a stamp for Miyu, because she saw me with very cute face.
She had "Roseola Infantum" from Tuesday and had high fever. After four days fever, I found lots of rashes on her face. Now she is in a very bad mood always and cries often...
I heard from the doctor and friends that it's the feature of the disease.
Last night she cried two hours nonstop.
But sometimes she enjoys playing and smiles. The stamp is at the moment, when she was playing with a toy what I made for her.
I hope Miyu get well soon and doesn't cry so much...
See you soon!

Your stamps are adorable. I especially love the Miyu stamp! I didn't know you could also draw so well. You are very talented. Hope she feels better soon. Usually with roseola, the rash means it's almost over.
oh i hope Miyu gets well :( so we can see her adorable face again ...
All of your stamps are beautiful, but the Miyu stamp is especially beautiful! Her illness almost sounds like what we call Fifth's Disease. Also called "Slapped Face" disease. Hope she feels better soon!
You are so talented, Mai - the stamps are beautiful. I hope Miyu will feel better soon.
Miyu will get better, my daughter had that a few months ago. Thanks for the stamp tutorial!
miyu's stamp is so adorable! it's just like her- cute and sweet. :)
all three of my boys had roseola. once you reach the rash stage, you're through the worst of it. :)
I am so happy you are back and you and your family are fine. I love carving stamps too. So super creative because you can use them for so many things later.
Wish you lots of energy and Miyu a speedy recovery.
I hope Miyu gets well soon. But every cloud has a silver lining, and Miyu's stamp definitely qualifies. It is so cute! I want one! ^^
beautiful stamps. thanks for sharing the photos of them. hope Miyu is better soon. so good you can focus on the beauty of the moment and makes it that much sweeter when you know the struggle she has been having. peace in the midst of the storm.
